Taekwondo Update 2, Preparation

After training for 4-5 months, I was able to learn most of my patterns and have it fully memorized. As, I am slowly progressing to harder patterns that include various variations like the knife hand block, single forearm block, high block, and low block, and 360 turning kick has challenged me and certainly has made me step out of my comfort zone.

However, with frequent practice sessions, I was able to learn more hand attacks such as the upper punch and basic defense. I further developed my skills by combining punches and kicks together in sparring lessons and using them in a practical manner.
