LO5: Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively.

We had our first session of jazz band this year, and we had to split into sections due to covid. This really forced us to collaborate and communicate more effectively in order to maintain a high level of practice and to get something useful out of the session. It was a bit strange playing with just the rhythm section as I tend to rely on the melody to know where I am in the tune, but it was a good challenge and I’m looking forwards to the rest of the sessions.
