Learning Outcome: 3, 6
Planning for project week allowed me and my peers to properly plan and initiate a CAS experience that was relevant to us. The experience revolved around volunteering with elephants, a global issue of deep significance to me. The planning stages were very difficult, the sanctuary was in the middle of Laos and the transport to the sanctuary was very sparse, furthermore it was difficult to find accommodation near the sanctuary as the sanctuary was so desolate. Overall though, I did thoroughly enjoy planning and envisioning what our trip would be like.
