How has technology been used to detect the reasoning that goes behind criminal behaviours?

How has your thinking on this project been influenced by other people?

My initial thoughts were only to look at how technology has been used in order to detect what influences criminal behavior. However, after taking account of the feedback that I’ve received from my classmates, I may consider trying to compare the technological devices that were used in the 1900s vs now, in order to see how technological devices have influenced different opinion towards the reasoning behind criminal behaviors.
