The scientific communication task above was a review-type consolidation of facts and general table construction and written communication. I feel that I did well here, though I blundered and omitted explicitly telling the reader that Caesium would be more reactive than Rubidium due to the periodic table reactivity order for Alkali Metals. I will attempt to evade any such mistakes in the future by double-checking that all criteria have been fulfilled.
