Starting off the second year of Jazz Band I was very excited, of course there were gaps felt in the band because the seniors were gone (as it happens every year I assume), but we managed to find a new sound. The two pieces we played in the wavelengths concert ended up spectacularly. Now we’re starting new pieces, and while they seem difficult, I know that it’ll end up sounding well, and I’m excited to see if we get to play at the graduation dinner again.
