Strengths: I am open to communication and changing my ideas in group work
Weaknesses: I am not a strong leader
Opportunities: I have a large amount of experience of working in a group, this is something I find interesting and I find engaging for me.
Threats: A threat for me and possibly to my group is sometimes if I like an idea a lot then it is difficult for me to let go of that idea as its something I really treasure. This can cause more arguments in our groups.
