Migrant Workers: I think I’m definitely a bit happier with the change of losing more than half of our members. It comforts me a bit that the more passionate people are still here and that we can actually get work done. I know that team dynamics are incredibly important when wanting to get a job done and it was clear to me that there were a lot of problems with motivation due to the bad synergy in our team. Now I’m starting to feel more optimistic about the service. (LO5)

DJ Club: I joined this club because I haven’t done anything music related in 4 years, the last time was when I was playing the piano. I think that it will be fun since it’s very different from playing the piano. I’ve also seen a few DJ’s mix music together so that really sparked my interest. I hope to be able to mix something together by the end of the year and perhaps even make this a hobby of mine. (LO2)

Focus Equality: I was quite excited for Pink Dot since the entire group was working hard for all of the events. And this would be the first time I’m helping with the event in the past 3 times I’ve joined it. I’m looking forward to seeing all our effort come to together since it can be overwhelming to think we haven’t done much as individuals, due to the group size.  (LO5)
