Marc Nair; Marc Nair’s talk was really interesting and showed me a different side of Poetry and art in general that I hadn’t known existed. The idea to combine 2 different story telling/art forms is really interesting and clever, and the way Marc Nair shared either experiences, stories or an interpretation of someone else’s art told Poetry in a different way. Another thing I found inspiring and interesting was that he didn’t stick to one form of art as a career, but used his passion in other forms to compliment his poetry, for example his music and photography work. His singing really caught me off guard, as before his talk, based off of research and what I had been told, he was just another poet, except he used photography with it, but his talk proved otherwise and taught me that writing poetry isn’t so bland and straightforward; you can add your own twist to make it more interesting and different.
I like how you describe you explain briefly about Marc Nair and his different ways of expressing/ story-telling. Maybe, you can explain how he combines two different story telling more deeply. But he seems like an amazing person who has a lot of talents in telling stories such as poetry, singing, music, and photography.
