As a mainland Chinese who have been studied abroad, I am always concerned about my compatriots, especially those in unfortunate conditions. Due to that, I have made the choice of joining the Smiles of China. Smiles of China works with Starfish Children’s Services, an organisation in China, to provide varied forms of support to the abandoned children in China. I hope I will able to offer as much as I can to the GC when the real engagement starts.
