During November, I pursued jogging was a part of my healthy living NYAA aspect. Though I have had experience previously with jogging, training with a schedule was a completely new take on the activity for me as I was used to doing this for pleasure. Since I had previous experience with jogging, I was able to expand on my previous reflections on my abilities. One shortcoming of my capabilities in terms of physical excursion was endurance including stamina. So, to benefit from this activity, The month of November was used as endurance training at the gym for jogging. This was to help me get my breathing techniques right and jog for a longer time. It also allowed for any hesitations towards the activity to mitigate as it increased my familiarity with the schedule. I went to the gym every evening as this was the only time slot I could maintain constantly. My training in the gym included 15-minute jogging intervals at different speeds for one hour. This proved to be an effective training strategy as towards the end I found that my endurance capacity had ameliorated.
