I think that this interview was a good opportunity for me to reflect on the CAS experiences I have gone through already but also prepare a little more for the coming year of reflections and activities. I think that moving forward my goal for the next CAS interview is to remain up to date on all my reflections and also take a bit more time to carefully reflect on the outcomes of the activities I am doing and how they are helping me and/ or a wider community.
