Studying for an exam is one of the hardest thing to do for kids these ages because of all the distractions they have such as electronic gadgets, TV and video games. Procrastinating is what a lot of people do when they need to study or do their homework. First thing you would need to do is get rid of all your distractions such as your phone and other tablets and focus on studying. One thing that is important when studying is you still have to get a good amount of sleep. Another tip is called distributed learning. It can be compared to watering a lawn. You can water a lawn once a week for 90 minutes or three times a week for 30 minutes. Spacing out the watering during the week will keep the lawn greener over time.
