Global Perspectives seems to be a fairly intimidating subject at first, it is nothing like we have ever been taught and according to students that have taken the class, is an open subject with class-wide discussions. Many students say that global perspectives is a difficult subject at first, however the skillset that you acquire by taking this class is useful in the sense that it is applicable to other subjects. From what I heard through the podcast, you have the freedom to research the topics that matter to you, this makes the subject more personal and interesting. The subject seems to be very open minded with conflicting opinions being open to reach consensus. The subject does have a lot of essays and we look at a problem from many different perspectives. Overall I think Global Perspectives is going to be an interesting subject.
