Today we had a game against another school, don’t remember the name. However today’s session really gave me an idea of where I am at in terms of skills in the sport and where I need to improve on. Unfortunately I was sitting the entire game, as our coach wasn’t swapping players, due to the game being very hard and intense, and he kept our best players playing what in the end secured our win. It was really opening to see our best guys play, how well oiled the team was towards the end and how the change of strategy due to discovery of the opponents’ weakness really changed the course of the game, as initially we were losing by 9 points. The main takeaway from today is that there is definitely room for improvement for myself and for our team as a whole.
