I changed my thinking and it changed my life!

Stress in my view was seen as mostly a problem with some benefits to it making not completely useless but still seen as a negative aspect of life/work. The video helped me view stress as a much more helpful thing to have and how if used correctly it can be very beneficial for you but if used in the wrong way it can be very bad for you. If stress is viewed as something helpful by you then your body will react positively towards it for example if stress is seen as helpful for you by the the person then it can increase your level of courage and decrease your level of anxiety. It was also shown in a study that those who have experienced very little stress in their lives had the same chances of dying than those who had stress but viewed it as positive and also sought out social contact as well due to the stress (this sentence is not completely correct and should not be relied upon to a high degree). This video has helped me understand how stress can be helpful to you and also the techniques which can make it helpful to you. My next set of goals for this would be to see stress as helpful and good for you and to seek out more social contact and better strengthen my relationships with my friends and parents (may be helpful to gain a few social skills in general).
