Something that I value when working with others is them being open-minded and giving a chance to everyone to offer their opinions. People might hesitate to open up sometimes and I think the best way to make someone feel comfortable is by giving them a chance to say what they want and give them a response to what they have said.
The number one thing that someone can do to support me when we work together is being open to my opinions and suggestions when they are required.
When it comes to tech, I think I am good at most things related to social media and familiar websites but I need to get better at using tools to customise or make the work that I submit online better and more professional.
I find myself mostly extroverted in group work, compared to individual work. You may notice that I feel uncomfortable talking to larger groups. Please remember that I prefer to share my ideas with smaller groups or pairs.
