Having 3 clients for my design project, I had to show empathy when they expressed their concerns, needs and want. This helped me a lot. After listening to all of their requirements, I listed what they had in common so that they had at least 1 thing they wanted in the project. It helped me attain a clearer picture of the task I have at hand. In the end, they loved what I made which made me happy.
I love how you listened to 3 clients. It might be hard to compromise as they both have different needs and wants. I can tell that you have used your empathy skill during the project!
