  • Appreciate what I have

2- What 3 EQ factors do you want to improve?

  • Caffeine intake
  • To not seek perfection
  • Get enough sleep

3- What specific steps can you take to do this?

  • To be more active – feel more energized so I don’t drink a lot of caffeine
  • To be able to tell myself that its fine to make mistakes and that you do not have to be perfect in everything
  • Complete my work during my frees so when I reach home, Ill have enough time to do other work and sleep early.
