I have decided to join Chinese Chat as it allows me to help younger students who are struggling and in need of extra support. They may not have anyone to speak with at home which can be challenging when learning Chinese as it can be hard to improve on it if you could only practice in school. Being the only person at home who speaks Chinese, I understand how that feels which is why I decided to join this service. I have decided to use my knowledge of Chinese to help them. I would like to make their learning experience fun and I hope that it is an effective way of understanding the content. I have come up with stories that could help them remember how to write the characters, practiced their orals, and reading. Not only does this benefit them but also recaps the basic knowledge that I may have forgotten. I cant wait to see how it turns out and for the students to tell me that they have improved in their studies.
