Midfulness
After reading the following article https://www.theguardian.com/society/2013/feb/26/mindfulness-meditation-depression-nhs there are three questions I ask myself: How likely am I to use these mindfulness techniques? What would stop me? Although I have been educated on the positive effects of mindfulness, I feel my lack of time will stop me from doing this.
