Currently, Kahaani has been going very well. Most of our dancers are passionate and enthusiastic to keep learning further. Due to this passion, being a leader has become enjoyable rather than stressful as everyone is working together to achieve a final goal. I have truly learned the importance of being a leader that guides a group and encourages them. My experience from Culturama helped me execute this as my leaders there taught me how to carry yourself in demanding situations.

My fellow leaders, Mallika and Poorvi have also helped me realize the benefits of working as a team and how to respectfully come up with ideas together. This has rendered me to be more open-minded and a better communicator.
