Self Manager:
I feel like I was a self-manager because I tried to stay optimistic with this challenge as I had only some of the information on the client.
I meet deadlines by trying my best to stay focused on what I was doing and referring back to the client specification.
But next time I should reflect more on strengths and areas for development because I was more focused on my capability than areas of improvement.
Collaboration:
I tried to take responsibility for the task and I tried to make sure my client was happy with what I was doing.
Something to do next time is that we should have contributed to discussing more to express our ideas.
Communication:
I actively tried to listen, read and watch my client, and we would express some ideas verbally. I need to improve on expressing my ideas in written work because I haven’t written much about my ideas.
