I think that testing on animals is wrong because it is morally unacceptable to harm the animals to investigate the human behavior. However, the 3Rs concept of ethical guidelines can help to minimize the harm created on the animals but often, animals have to go through pain to know the human kind better. I personally think that in psychology, as more of it is discovering the human behavior, many tests can actually be performed on human instead.
