The main principle at Underwood Samson is the notion that if you are the best then you will be rewarded for your hard work and seemingly attracts people from various backgrounds that have immense talent and the ability to think outside the box. Ironically, many of the employees that work in Underwood Samson are from high-class backgrounds and educations and do see Changez different especially when he grows out his beard they see him differently.
