My band (Tonight We’re House) and I recently performed at the Family Festival at school. Our performance comprised of two songs (Arabella by the Arctic Monkeys and Everlong by The Foo Fighters). The performance was a great success as we had an amazing audience who were very supportive and the performance further allowed me to develop my confidence as a performer and as a vocalist. While the songs were the most challenging I had ever attempted, it was an interesting challenge and I felt that I improved as a musician.

LEARNING OUTCOMES: 

LO2: Both these songs were songs we had never attempted before and were not easy to learn! Regardless we undertook the challenge, which in the end went very well. From this performance, I believe I grew as a musician and a performer as I learnt new techniques and new songs.
