For Project Week, my group and I are going to Langkawi! After rejections to other places, we have finally been approved for Langkawi and have already planned a considerable amount. Obviously, this is the first time I am going to a completely new place without any supervisors so in that regard it is a new and daunting experience, however, I am really looking forward to it.

Our trip will be an activity/service trip, involving 3 days of activity and 2 days of service working at a dog shelter. The activity will involve hiking, biking and kayaking. Considering I have never kayaked before, it is something I am anxious about, but something I am also looking forward to as it will be a new challenge.

Through this week, I hope to accomplish LO2 (A new challenge may be an unfamiliar experience or an extension of an existing one.  The newly acquired or developed skills may be shown through experiences that the student has not previously undertaken or through increased expertise in an established area) and LO7 (Students show awareness of the consequences of choices and actions in planning and carrying out CAS experiences)
