badminton CAS activity

In badminton, it is not only practice the exercise skills but also patience. What we do in badminton is do the fitness training and the badminton skills. We learn from the fitness of how to keep being active in long hours. Also, we what should we do during exercise. For example, the coach will tells us to drink water at the mid-traning. Not only tell us when to rest but also teach us how to protect ourself. In badminton, what I won is not only being proud of joining badminton, but also proud becoming a real athlete.
