Move to Make a Difference

What is MTMAD?

Move to Make a Difference (formerly Run for Rights) is an annual sponsored Global Concerns service and activities event run by student organisations ACE, Ladakh and Daraja GCs supporting children’s rights for education around the world.

Whether with family or friends, whether you’re running, swimming, doing yoga, cycling or dancing, you can make a difference in childrens’ lives in underprivileged regions in Bangladesh, India and Kenya

Nominations

How will nominating help?

We translate the amount of money we raise into a distance goal. Through nominating your friends and family, you draw awareness to the important issues we face, as well as engage in a great activity with the ones you love.

How can I nominate others?

Through our signup form, you can nominate as many people (please include their email addresses) as you like to participate in the event!

How does nominating work?

Our email service will automatically send emails to people you’ve nominated, inviting them to fill out our form, log their movement, donate, and nominate to make a difference!

The money you raise will support…

Providing funds to help Lamdon School use technology to develop essential creativity and critical thinking skills for Lamdon School students in Ladakh, India.

Building the necessary facilities to support the education of girls in Nanyuki, Kenya such as libraries and classrooms, in order to raise awareness on gender inequality within education in Africa.

Sponsoring underprivileged students in local Bangladesh to go to school through an online program, as well as providing stationery and classroom furniture to ensure a quality education for these children.
