4 PM is an essential service to the Singaporean community as they provide an education for children of the Malay community that come from low-income backgrounds. As a result, they address SDG 4 and SDG 10. UWC supports them by providing resources that we collect from the college community. The service is essential in providing children with the opportunity to have a quality education just like every child should. Their recognition of the importance of education for children makes this service so valuable.
