This service really showed me what my strengths and weaknesses are in the service, as someone who joined the service with little to no experience about how to do programs and other technical things it was easy to spot my strengths and weaknesses.
It was quite easy to spot them as when I started getting more used to how the service runs I started to do jobs that catered towards my level of skill, this meant moving away from the technical challenges and moving more towards physical work such as laptop reorganization and laptop equipment disassembly.
I would have liked to improve on my technical knowledge because that would have made me significantly more integrated into the service. I still did valuable work there but the whole service revolved around the technical aspects in my opinion and so laptop assembly for me did not appear to be an extremely useful job. I would have also liked to improve on my collaboration, due to my lack of knowledge in technical aspects I would usually go with my friends who were more suited to those kinds of tasks and I was always too shy to go on my own as I felt I could not do things properly on my own.
