In my opinion, it will be very hard to achieve a gender-balanced world. It will take years of social conditioning and changing of mindsets. I think that this will be achievable in the next 100-200 years. In this world, men and women both have equal opportunities for jobs, and aren’t judged for any personal decisions they make, such as to go and have a child, or to take leave to take care of the child.
