November 2018 : Session 1

In this session, my goal was to do 8 laps of freestyle and a lap of backstroke. I also tried to reduce the time set aside for rest after each lap. I could do 8 laps of freestyle and a lap of backstroke. This modification in the routine helped me, improve my speed.

For the next session, i would try to do 9 laps of freestyle instead of  8 . Also, i would try to do more laps of backstroke. I would be aiming at 2 laps in the end instead of 1 .
