The effects of stress

I just watched a Ted Talk that explains the effects of stress and how different mindsets can affect your life. Generally, people see stress as a bad thing which can affect you in multiple different ways like increased heart rate and blood pressure. However, if people can see stress as a good thing by thinking that it is preparing your body for what is to come this could have a very positive effect on you. I feel that transitioning stress to be positive can not only help adults but also us kids especailly because people feel a lot of pressure and stress from IB. Also, because we do a lot of activities like I swim 9 times a week which is stressful to balance the work from school, so using that stress could make me train better and also make me more productive. It is not only helpdul physically but also helps mentally as that is a very big factor of work and productivity.
