DRAGON VENTURES REFLECTION 3

Addressing planning and initiating an outcome was a complicated process for me. Working with a group with diverse ideas, coming to a conclusion and then meeting a dead end due to the fact that we aren’t 18 or Singaporean, which is why we were unable to successfully launch our product.

Despite the fact that we were unable to launch this product, I persevered till the very end and learnt a lot through out the process.

I was committed to this activity, attending every session through out, as well as working on the project outside class. I enhanced my teamwork and collaborative skills by working with 3 other individuals with diverse ideas. We worked independently outside lesson in the areas designated to us, while in lesson we came together as a group to brain storm different ways to approach launching the product.

I also developed skills such as thinking strategically and problem solving, which is a a needed in order to be anĀ  entrepreneur.

The specific area I grew as an individual was considering others opinions and being understanding, this is important to work successfully as a team.
