CIRCUIT TRAINING REFLECTION 1

I joined this specific activity as I wanted to improve my physical well being.

The first day was hard as I have to exercised in a while, however I persevered by pushing myself till the very end of the session. I became aware of my physical limitations which is my stamina. Therefore, I worked on my stamina outside class by jogging 3 times a week showing commitment towards this activity and my physical well being.

The coach guided me on the ways to use the different gym equipment. We started the session by jogging for 2KM on the treadmill and then moving to other exercises such as squats, crunches and leg exercises. My legs are quite weak which is why it was quite a challenge for me, however, I was committed to this activity wilfully and the coach pushed me to complete the exercise.

Despite this being an individual activity, it requires motivation from the peers around you and doing certain drills together to motivate one another, enhancing my collaboration.

I was able to do 4 drills of 20 squats on my first day, which surprised me but motivated me to do more the next session.
