Today’s reflection:
Event Planning:
The event planners further enhanced their ideas. For a start, it is important for out GC to clear all our old stocks or it will not be possible for us to keep on creating new products and increase the amount of stocks which could be a waste. Our first goal would be to clear out all the stocks. After that, we will be sending an email of confirmation to Mr. Hannah to see if a collaboration with Boomerang Bags could be possible – then we will start designing the bags and sell it at events such as the Family Festival.
In regards about the old stocks, we have to check if any of our stocks are not aged or not of use anymore. The pens should be checked out to see if it works since last year there were couple of times where the ink hardly came out which damages our reputation.
We could also create a potential awareness raising event which targets middle school students. We need to first spread what and who we are so assemblies can be a good place to do so. It could also be one way to take part in drama/dance/music showcase to promote our GC – although it could be taken by other GCs already.
