I personally do a very short workout every day as well as playing touch rugby three times a week for 1-2 hours. As well as two blocks worth of PE for school. I do not usually have time to exercise during the day because I am being taught so I can only do it after school, tuition, service and other activities also take up a lot of my time. I enjoy exercise because it makes me feel healthy and in control of my body as well as when it comes to sports I meet and work with lots of different people. I do not get exactly 60 minutes worth of exercise every day but I think what I do in a week makes up for it and IĀ also have a balanced diet and get sufficient sleep.
