Over this quarantine period I joined our uwc touch fitness sessions for every monday, wednesday and friday. I just had my first session on monday… which was extremely challenging (the workout can be found below.) On the other hand I am excited to push myself during this quarantine to keep fit and healthy, I have been doing workouts throughout the circuit breaker period but changing things up that focus more on cardio is very much needed for my development and fitness. It is also very motivating to be on a call with the other girls, it helps keep me motivated and we all have a good time. I hope as the sessions continue through they will get easier as my fitness and stamina improve. I think this fitness will also be good to show my dedication to the sport and the team as well.
