Human Rights – GPers

The Human Rights has definitely changed society for the better, although there is one problem. When the universal declaration of Human Rights was signed, they didn’t have the force of law, which is why still, people around the world don’t have access to food and shelter, education, freedom of speech and slavery still exists. I think that the right to education is always going to be a hard goal to achieve because it has a lot to do more with economy rather than society. Of course, there are still many people unable to obtain education because of their gender/race/religion/ethnicity, but nowadays that problem has become smaller with the acceptance of diversity, and it’s more of a problem regarding the fact that many people can’t afford education. There are lots of groups in the world that are helping with this issue by building schools and volunteering to teach those who can’t afford education, but it is a goal that is going to be hard to achieve in society no matter how much effort is put into it.
