Body pump – final reflection

LO2 – challenge

I did body pump on monday morning’s during season 1 of school as a way to engage with my fitness and continue to be active even though I wasn’t doing sports during the first season. I found it challenging to wake up early in the morning and go to school since I live quite far from school. I was motivated by my friends and that I would get my work out out of the way in the morning rather than after school when I could be doing homework. I’m glad I went consistently during season 1 and I would have liked to go during season 2 but I needed to limit activities so that I could experience many different activities and also have time to focus on school. I was able to go from 1 kg weights to 2.5 kg and once even 5 kg weights on squats which was a proud moment for me.
