EE Day Reflection

One thing that I’ve learned this EE Day is how time consuming research and writing is, and that if I want to succeed in handing in my EE on time for the deadline, that I need to manage my time effectively. I also learnt the importance of keeping track of my sources as even just […]

First Reflective Conversation

My EE research and the development of my outline has largely involved synthesising already published research papers in order to gain the baseline understanding of the concepts in my research question. The choice of my topic was due to my interest in the interdisciplinary approach of Behavioural Economics as a student of both Economics and […]

SEASAC MUN

In March I participated in the SEASAC MUN conference in Bangkok. In this conference I acted as the chair of the Security Council which is one of the most prestigious positions. In order to prepare for this role I had to conduct extensive research in order to prepare reports for members of my committee. This […]

IASAS MUN

In November I attended IASAS MUN as part of the school’s MUN club. This was my first time participating in a conference as a part of the crisis committee which ran slightly differently to other committees and my first time at such an advanced conference. This required a level of perseverance as even when I […]

Kahaani

This year, for the second time, I participated in Kahaani which is a dance show to raise money for blind, deaf and disabled children in India. This was once again a step outside of my comfort zone as it opened me up to new styles of dance that I had never tried before. It was […]

Exam Reflection

Overall, I think that the ways I prepared for my exams were effective as I feel like I effectively managed by time well and covered everything that I wanted to. I do think that when preparing for the actual IB I want to start revising earlier as I felt a little bit pressed for time […]
