The service that I picked for grade 11, I picked Music Therapy with Apex. I chose this service as it was recommended by previous boarders in the boarding house who graduated last year. In this service we play music for people who have dementia, hoping that they recover some of their memories for small lasting time. This is going to be a new experience for me as I have never worked beside people who have dementia. I’m very excited but also a little worried about situations that will be out of my control, but I will use this opportunity to learn.
