It is not challenging to maintain my motivation as CAS is a crucial part of the IB Diploma. However simple things I do to maintain interest and motivation in CAS is taking a break from it at times. Some of the time it adds stress as its an additional thing to school and sometimes the easiest thing to do is ignore it, however not completely so that when I approach it again, I’m refreshed and therefore maintain interest in the CAS activities. Setting goals also helps as it supplies satisfaction when reaching the milestone.
