The quotes that really stood out to me from the Ted Talk were:
“All sectors of society have a responsibility”
“There’s no starting point for peace”
“If you can create a window of opportunity”
“It’s all about the individuals”
My partner told me I should experiment a bit more beyond just the basic X design and try it out with different colours and gradients. He also said I could try to use some different fonts to make it look more interesting.
This is my final design. I was working on it last class. I think it fits the Peace by Piece theme because it shows the hand with the piece symbol and the dove which are both major symbols of peace but all elements of the logo are shown separately which adds the ‘Piece’ part of the theme.
