Would it be hard for you to shift to eating more healthy foods?

There are many people who try to take care of their health by controlling the healthy diet by eating “healthy” food. I guess that eating types of food that are considered healthy or taken into a scientific research of how it affects or helps the human body, is a good thing, but believing that all foods that contain sugar and fat are not healthy, is a wrong idea. Many of the foods contain sugar and fat that are needed for the human body, which means taking none of the foods that contain them can affect human bodies in the other ways.

I do take care and think about my eating habit, but I still continue to eat food containing fat, salt, and sugar. I do think about not eating too much sugary food per day. Since I eat my breakfast and dinner at home on most of the days, my parents know what they are putting into the meal when they are cooking. I am used to this habit, which helps me to pay attention to what is in the food and what I’ll need to eat at lunch. Also, I do quite a lot of activities per week, which leads to my body and brain needing sugar sometimes. I believe this from my own experience, as I did a lot of physical activities from when I was small, I know what I need to take in before and after them.

As you can see, the eating habit and healthy diet for people can differ. Would you believe that there is a certain connection between your eating habit and amount of physical activity you do?
