Something that was difficult with committing to Pre-Season Softball was the inability to play many games due to the restrictions. Because of the COVID-19 restrictions, we were also unable to do many team bonding exercises and activities as we were not allowed to do things in large numbers. It was quite demotivating in the beginning as we were unable to get to know each other properly. With playing many team sports, team collaboration is an important aspect of having a successful team. Although we were unable to work in large group numbers, we were still able to collaborate in small groups and develop a sense of each other’s strengths and weaknesses.
