What is Piece of Mind, Psychology Society?

‘Piece of Mind’ is a new High School activity that meets weekly to dedicate research, discussion and advocacy of mental health and wellbeing issues that matter to you. We hope that we can act as the future generation to breakdown myths and stigma surrounding mental health, and share our stories of experimenting with wellbeing strategies.

What we do?

We will use our digital portfolio as a platform to share our discussions, campaigns and resources with the UWCSEA community through monthly newsletters and podcasts. We hope to engage and involve our UWCSEA community learn more about the importance of well-being and mental health, and how we can support ourselves and those around us. We hope to share experiences and resources that will help us all with our day to day experiences.

How can I be involved?

Students wishing to be involved will be willing to learn more about psychological health and wellbeing, as well as passionate about promoting awareness of the issue. Having experience or a willingness to be involved in recording, editing podcasts and portfolios will be beneficial.
