April reflection healthy living (NYAA)

April has been one of the hardest months so far in terms of my tennis training. All the facilities at my condo have closed down to minimise the spread of the coronavirus. I couldn’t play any tennis at all but I still maintained my fitness by continuing at-home workouts to maintain my strength. I have been trying some cardio workouts and some core workouts in order to keep my body strong and ready when I get back on the court. I am doing as much as possible in the comfort of my room. One of my goals in this time period is to maintain a positive mindset and maintain my physical fitness so I feel good during this difficult time. I am trying to make the best of the situation that is thrown at me and frankly the whole world. Everyone is struggling but I can’t let this virus get in the way of my physical health and wellbeing which is why I am striving to continue working out and maintaining my diet.
