Strengths –

• Making good decisions

Weaknesses –

• Time management to make sure that I am not stressed

Opportunities –

• Working on ATLs that aren’t particularly as strong as other ones.

Threats –

• Because this isn’t a group project, I can’t really work on my leadership and collaboration – which are my main weaknesses.

2 Person goals to work on during this project –

• Making a timeline of when everything is going to get done and sticking to it to make sure that the deadline is met and that I am not rushing to finish at the end.
• Making sure that I do something that I want to do, not doing the easiest thing, and that I am interested to learn more about the topic
